Woven Saga (the “Service”) is operated by Nimble CTO LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service.
Woven Saga is a family memory preservation platform that enables families to capture, organize, and share personal histories, stories, photographs, and related content across generations. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial family use.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Notify us immediately at privacy@wovensaga.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Woven Saga (“User Content”). By uploading content, you grant Woven Saga a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process that content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you and your family. We do not sell, share, or otherwise commercialize your family’s content.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.

We strive to maintain consistent availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, or modify its features, at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unavailability of the Service.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@wovensaga.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed from our active systems within 30 days, subject to our obligations under applicable law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOVEN SAGA AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
If you add and verify a mobile phone number, you may opt in to receive text messages from Woven Saga for the purposes you enable — such as two-factor authentication codes, story prompts, family invitations, and account notifications. Consent to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of using the Service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your use of text messaging is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
